Very elegant. I see the juxtaposition of bird and branch, especially in conjunction with the ubiquitous black and white scheme, as the form of some kind of mirror: the intellectual superimposition causes a reflection of each into each. Perhaps those flightless birds, then, enjoy a closer relationship with the earth and its many facets, much as those with flight enjoy the sky as their domain.

This comes at a nice time for me. I have been beating my poor wings trying to soar higher, when the low branches or so much more comfortable and easily attainable. Not to say that I am trashing my lofty goals... Just slowing it down and taking an easier road to get there. One that won't wear me out. Thanks, Mark.
