A side character that I have noticed has quite a handful of fangirls. True, neh? Teehee! This guy is funny and clumsy and cute to them. I only like this cuz cuz the English dub goes on ahead and recycles voice actors like Rolo's--..

and if THAT did make any sense, allow me to explain.
One day, I was searching random voice actors from different anime on Wikipedia! And since Rolo is my favorite character from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, I clicked on the voice actor link for Spike Spencer and then and and then I discoverd that he voiced the guy from Neon Genesis Evangelion.. . so i searched up that on youtube and then that guy was too emo. i could bear to watch it. i dont like emo people.
so then i looked up the other dude he voice acts and it was HANATARO YAMADA FROM BLEACH! and i was like
HEYY I like bleach and then and then and then i went to youtube again and i was like hey this guy is funny!! omg this guy is funny! and cute! yaaayyy its rolo in the spirit worldness of sould society weeeeeeeeeeeeee
