Description

During the final period of Ancient Egypt, a warrior spirit named Seth was being summoned directly to the physical world by a group of evil nomads. It was by sheer chance that a king named Xerxes and his Persian army invaded and disrupted the ritual. Once the glory of Ancient Egypt ended, the nomadic group began expanding larger than anyone knew and survived through centuries under many names. Another mystical tablet had a prophecy regarding the year 2215. Many believed over time that certain predictions were not of concern, but others believed it meant the possible destruction of the entire universe. An underlying truth was far more terrifying—this Ancient Egyptian tablet, known to many as the Lost Stela, told the full story—it was written that in that year, an underworld mercenary would rise again upon a planet in the solar system. This same year, the Dark Realm of Seth finally summons their master and his armies during a rare celestial event. Seth wastes no time and sets off to conquer Earth.

Seth, however, was not left unopposed. As long as the Dark Realm existed, they had an equal and opposite counterpart-- the Eleven Temples of Amun Ra. Gathering together five young women and six young men from various corners of the world, the Eleven Temples bestow magnificent individual powers on their chosen champions in order to defend the world from the darkness of Seth—powers that the Temple Guardians call PYRAMID SPIRITS. These powers were developed throughout parts of the universe in ancient times--under the watchful young eyes of Amun Ra and Prince Zordon of Eltar—and were preserved in secret throughout time by a small group of King Xerxes’ descendants. One of them was a Persian-born Egyptian female scientist named Hatshepsut Nephthys al-Kahkushan. These descendants run a science lab and space observatory based on the ideologies and principles of the Eleven Temples.

A girl from Tanzania named Zafarani is among the first of the five females in the new team to willingly step up against the Dark Realm as the Red Ranger.

A new chapter in the ELITE legacy is now being written against the Dark Realm of Seth. New powers of good and evil based on ancient mystery and wonder invade Earth. A new battle to save the world and the universe begins as the biggest team in Power Rangers history emerges: PYRAMID SPIRIT—the 11 Warriors of Amun Ra!
