i used a normal preassure 0.7 pencil

You can still see a lot of different colors/shades. How do you manage that without breaking the paper? When I try to darken things with the same pencil I used for the sketch, it usually doesn't end too well for the paper... (And when I use softer pencils, the paper is all like 'NOMZ!' and the pencil is being eaten alive! xD)

Yeah, probably. I'm looking for some good paper now. I've been drawing on regular printing paper for a long time, but I started using sketching lately because you can add darker shadows on that. Only problem is that that paper is a bit too rough; you can still see the lines in the paper through the drawing.
Maybe I can find a store somewhere... xD

you should try start using colors too
and ink for lineart, if you use lineart.

here i used black ink for the lineart. First I sketched it, and than i drew on top of it with the ink. Afterwards i erased the pencil sketch, and the ink sayed.
Than you can start coloring without the pencil lines getting dragged all over the drawing.
-on this drawing i also used markers, colored pencils, and a white ink pen in the end.
So i experimented a bit really xD
maybe you could try that too?
so that not every drawing looks as grey?

Guess I should get back to it though, it can really make things look different. But how do you know when to use which coloring tool, or do you just learn to use them by experience?
I just bought a tablet two day ago, so now I can also start with digital stuff.
