I tried my hand at drawing Persephone from greek mythology. I'm not great at drawing human figures so I used the following images as reference. I think it turned out okay.

I love the butterfly hair this artist drew. It fits the character of the goddess well.

I also gave a little hint to the Disney version from the Hercules movie.

I hope that with more practice I'll be able to draw my own figure positions. For now I will settle for recreating and adjusting existing ones while practicing proportion.
