Starla is a furry ball of energy who loves to run and play. Almost everything is a game to her and she is the definition of optimist. She can be a bit competitive and admires the PAW Patrol as well as her papa greatly, wanting to be a hero just like them. She has her sassy moments and isn’t the most patient, but for the most part, she’s a kind and generous little puppy who just wants to help. She’s very loud and is as bubbly as a fizzy drink and surely has an appetite to rival her Uncle Rubble’s! She has a close bond with all her “aunts and uncles” and there’s nothing better to her than being with them. Still, she knows when it’s time to be serious and calm down.
