i wish dof was a tad bit wider, the lower portion of th face being a bit out of focus, and the whole edge which could be a tad sharper.

I like the idea of having the subject in only half of the frame, rather than centred right in the middle. For some reason, this composition really strikes me as just being downright good. Nice color balance going on... bah! It's something that I just can't put my finger on. A wonderful shot though. Nice work.

I like this picture alot! It reminds me of someone sad but at the same time mysterious. Like you could walk past him in the street and never realize he was in this picture but he just looks so perfect in this picture. WOW! my friend is saying he is hot over my shoulder. *goes to tie up friend so she will stop looking over shoulder* Okay anyways, love the picture! I could so see this going up in a gallery. very well done!

You have a great eye. Thats obvious. ...but do you have meaning. Do you feel a sense of acheivement just before you submit your photos? Where does this acheivement come from?
That looks cool ...it's my buddy ...he/she's pretty ...great colors ....NO. Do you have a purpose as a photographer. I see great works in your gallery, yet you choose these rather obscure portraits in the thread. What do you see behind these that I am missing or taking for granted?
You must be using a great camera or have suberb editing skills. The images are focused and strong. ...but I do not see what you are focusing on. I would more than gladly +fav many of your images in your gallery, so I ask myself why does she (I assume) post these. How does this artist eye differ from mine? ...I only have flawed theories so far, ...this is why I ask you.

I love it! His expression is very natural, beautiful profile! I think a slight alteration of colous is really legitimate, the photographer doesn't always get the exposure perfect in the right moment.
