So I'm making FOUR CHARACTERS...4 CHARACTERS FOR my little super hero group

There will be:

The Hero/Hero: Second Scout (Formerly Scenic scout....I liked the name scenic scout, but the name is already in use by some orginization ;'0!!!/)

Villain/Villain: Language (no design yet)

Hero/Villian: Ephemeral Drop (ITS HER)

Villian/Hero: Oakley (The design is about done)

So Ephemeral is a big-time hero B) she's been in the game for awhile, and is know around the world.
Her name Ephemeral Drop, basically means "Quick Takedown," cause she can deactivate threats very quickly.

POWERS

Her power is....Cuttlefish powers.... she can blend into her surroundings very well
she has amazing vision, and is highly intelligent.
her two eyes on her temples give her a 360 view, it also increases her reaction time, and gives her a type of...."jelly fish sense" like spiderman........
Her sword can be used like a bat, shield, and can sharpen, to be used as a sword.
her weakness is also her eyes. if one of her giant hecking eyes get injured, it will hurt more than usual, and will effect her phytologically.

PERSONALITY

Ephemeral is seen to be very kind to civilians and the media, but is seen to act very cold to her fellow-Heros. she is even colder to Villains, as she has no problem with striking a Villain down when the time arises. she has many passionate fans that love her "realistic approach to hero work"
