Looks really good, but also looks like it would be VERY easy. Not too many different shades.

Thanx! It was very easy, just time consuming and it's a cartoon character which doesn't have many shades to begin with, so it's kinda hard to throw random shades in without completely screwing it up.
I'm working on a more complex one now.

i just tought of how that might work for an animation, if i were to amimate a comic book that the viewer got sucked into, i could put spots on them like a commic..

You have a very clean, even technique. I think you would benefit from moving past making a line art and block-shading with stipple.

I mean moving away from making outlines and then doing flat tone without actual shading. Attempting a more traditional piece would improve your skills in the medium.
What you do is lovely, don't get me wrong. But you would get very nice results with a different method.
