Kind of wish the show showed more emotional episodes...to kind of give more character and what not, but again it was only a 11 minute cartoon after all...I feel though they were able to get more out of season 2 since it focused mostly on the boyz...

Steven Universe is only an 11 minute cartoon and there's a ton of emotional stuff there.
But I guess that they really just didn't want to do episodes like that. The Problem Solverz was never too touchy-feely :/

Hmm not really a fan of that show (nor do I even watch CN anymore...), so I have no real idea that show is like 11 minutes as well XD
But yeah the show was mainly I guess more for comedy or action, and problem solving...not to tear at our heart strings...

It's a very emotionally charged series.
And yeah, even the source material isn't really "emotional". I bought an official paperrad art book a while ago and it has a lot of comics in it, but I really don't understand most of it m @. All I got out of it is that in the future we will listen to weed and smoke records.

I have seen clips and what not of it on youtube, so I will say it is a really good show...I just don't know, I feel like it's not for me really :/ (plus I sadly have seen the bad side of the fandom with the iffy art and what not...) so sadly at time fandoms can really ruin something for me...(like FNAF and Undertale....)
Hm yeah, wish I could get one XD, but yeah over all the style doesn't really seem emotional, kind of makes me wonder what it would look like if it was, but again that's what fan art and fans are for.

Yeah it's really... "interpretative", for lack of better words. It is truly the definition of "modern art".
It really isn't too expensive. For a full color multi-media book, I got mine for (I think) $20 on amazon if you're interested.

Yeah I know that, I mean, just by what I saw, it does seem really good, but again I guess it's just not my cup of tea so to say. (But from what I did see on youtube gotta love my birthstone peridot....I will admit that)
