this is my sonic.exe.the story

sonic has been poisoned and is under the weather having no idea how or when he got poisoned so sonic decides to stay in bed, so tails and some of Sonic's friends sets out on an adventure to find a cure for Sonic's illness. tails' s first stop is in the abandoned crashed Death Egg in sonic 2 where he finds devilnos.
