there's way more text than the last ref sheet i posted but that's just for accuracy reasons
someone drawing Zera smiling would be totally out-of-character and pretty much impossible for him so all this text is for people to want to draw him, draw him in the best and most accurate way possible

Details
Zera is your typical edgy guy with a traumatic backstory. He wasn't always this way and was actually quite nice before, but the trauma from almost dying and being borderline tortured afterwards (by the villains) changed him. He's uncomfortable being nice and typically comes off as a jerk. As mentioned in the image above, the only emotion Zera presents often is anger, and he's exceptionally short-tempered. It's not uncommon for him to lose his mind after losing a fight; he would rather rematch until he wins, no matter the cost and exhaustion of doing so.

Also as mentioned in the reference image, Zera isn't too soulless as one would expect him to be. Even though he has a lot of negatives, Zera cares for his friends very much even though it doesn't look like it. At times, he can seem harsh and rude, but he only means the best for those he cherishes. It just might take more force to discipline. He's not the best at comforting and consoling his friends when they're upset, but he sincerely tries his best to keep their head up. He understands the humor of others but obviously never laughs due to his condition. It's rare to hear, but Zera can also crack a joke occasionally.

He's cunning and skillful when in a battle, and even comes to the aid of an injured comrade to protect them. However, certain people have more priority over others. The Mythical also has a lot of knowledge he's built up over the several years he's been around, and he sometimes shares this with those who are more naive.

He has a Braixen friend who made the Necrozma armor for him. It doesn't make him a genuine fusion like others. Along with the sword, it only gives him an extra Ability and boosted Attack and Defense.
