Niles is in chains in hell after he died during the events of revelations and evilfire told niles that he was an idiot and told him that he(Evilfire) was supposed to take over earth not niles and evilfire told him that he may be evil but he does not want to destroy earth he only want to take over not destroy and evilfire explained to niles why he is in chains because he posed a threat to his rule in hell,Evilfire feared that niles would overthrow him so thats why he is in chains in hell.Related content
