Description
For my new Power Rangers art to start off the month, I decided to go back and do some other Rangers. Back to a little bit of a simplistic look, I have here another one of the Space Rangers, being TJ, Blue Space Ranger. This design was something I was struggling with. There was a cool pose of him with both his signature weapon, the Astro Axe, and the Spiral Saber, but I couldn't quite get it to look right, so I combined one pose from the episode with a few others, and created this. You might not be able to see the Astro Axe in full, but that was how it was shown in the episode itself. I was also practicing from different angles, like the one you see here, and some depth, as you can see with what I was doing with the left hand. It took me quite a while to piece everything together as perfectly as I could, but I managed to pull this off in the end. Now, with Power Rangers Cosmic Fury coming soon, I might have some new designs to lead up to when that comes to Netflix, so stay tuned for the later weeks of this month to see those. The new helmet and Astro Axe designs will be shown later on in the week at some point. What do you think? Please enjoy!
