Continuing with the recent designs for Power Rangers that I have been following since my designs of the Orange and Green Rangers, I now get to the next member of the Cosmic Fury Team after we saw Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. While he was evil for a majority of the season, I couldn't help but do a design of Ollie Akana, the Cosmic Fury Blue Ranger. Kai Moya really nailed Ollie throughout each episode he was in. You can tell he was having a blast at playing an evil version of Ollie. And a longer evil Power Ranger than Tommy was at that too. While I really dig his evil Ranger form when he still had his Dino Fury powers, I also like how he looks as the Cosmic Fury Blue Ranger. So, I took the Chromafury Saber he had when he was evil and put it in this design. Once again, I fully did the layers that were for the arms and the shield, which look good on him. The hardest part of the design to do for him was his new Tricera Blaster. It was so detailed, and not many good shots of it were online. After going through several scenes of him with it, though, I was finally able to get a good design of it. That, the blue Chromafury Saber and the new helmet design, which was also difficult to do, will be shown more as the week goes on. Overall, while he was evil for a majority of the season, I do like him more as the Cosmic Fury Blue Ranger, and it was so fun to be able to do another Blue Dino Ranger, now adding him with my designs of Billy, Ethan and Koda. I hope you all like my design of him too, as well as how he was handled in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. What do you think? Please enjoy!
