Today, for the next of the last two main Heisei Rider Forms for my Winx Club and Kamen Rider crossover story, "Winx Club: Raidarix". Since I have done the first nine Phase 1 Heisei Riders and Neo Heisei Riders, that leaves only the tenth of each era. Today, we have one of the stronger forms for Bloom, Fairy of the Dragon Flame, with the powers of Kamen Rider Decade to use the Decade Raidarix Form. This was a modified version of a previous version of Bloom that I made, the first ever picture of Bloom that I ever did. For her form, I have her, like with other forms, with a suit that resembles the armor of Decade himself. She's got the Raidarix Decadriver on her waist, and since her weapon is the Raidarix DecadeBlade, the weapon for the Decade Powers, she doesn't have a Ride Booker. Instead, at her side is the Raidarix Legacy Collector, the Blackbird Camera that is able to enhance Decade's dimensional powers. Like with some of my previous form designs, she has a full bodysuit for the Decade Form, and her wings resemble a fully shaped Decade symbol, without the barcodes. However, the Decade symbols are on her wings, and there are two gun turrets on the horn parts. With this, Bloom can access any of the other Raidarix Forms, which I may or may not design, all with the Raidarix Decadriver in place of the other Drivers. This was a form I had fun doing, especially since Decade is one of my favorite Riders, and this will debut in my "The Next Decade" Story. For those who have been reading that story, then it will be left ambiguous on who will grant the Decade Powers to Bloom when she earns them. What do you think? Please enjoy!
