For my next new piece of Power Rangers art, I decided to bring to a close the last of the Rangers needed to complete the Lightspeed Rescue team. Here, I have a full new design of Kelsey Winslow, aka the Lightspeed Yellow Ranger. I quite like her, athletic, outgoing, daring, and has a lot to back up all of the accomplishments she has made before joining Lightspeed Rescue. For her design, I decided to finally do the blaster mode of the V-Lancer, which I think she looks really good holding in her hand. It might look too big for her, but that is due to the weapon mostly being held in two hands instead of just one. However, I think that Kelsey would be able to hold it with ease like this. You will now see what I have next now that all the designs of the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers have been completed. For now, please enjoy!
