Last night, I uploaded my first character with the new mold I made. At first, I was a bit worried, especially with the back. Since the mold is smaller, it'll take a steady hand to fold ot properly and get everything in place. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging, but I'm really impressed with the results. Surprised, even. I wanted the Pony mold to be shorter than the normal mold, and I'm pretty happy with the scale on this. If anyone wants specific instructions on how to assemble this, feel free to ask. I'm happy with how this mold turned out, and I'll definitely make more characters with it in the near future.
