next up in the reduxes is... rosedust! rosedust is the aoh version of fluttershy, and is inspired by several ponies. namely, g1 posey, fluttershy, rosedust, and the flutterponies, g3 fluttershy and the breezies, and of course g4 fluttershy!

Rosedust hails from the faraway land of Butterfly Island, home of the Flutter Ponies. A distant relative of the Pegasi, the Flutter Ponies are insect-like winged ponyfolk that live exclusively on Butterfly Island. Other ponyfolk have tried to settle the land, but it had proven every time to be too hostile for other species. Not due to predators in the traditional sense -- dragons and other predators of ponyfolk are common enough on the mainland of Equestria, but the true thing that makes Butterfly Island hostile are the enormous plants and insects that make their home there. For thousands of years, the Flutter Ponies have cultivated and cared for these massive, carnivorous plants. Rosedust comes from a long, long line of these gardeners. Her talent and word of her green hoof spread all over the island, and eventually word reaches the mainland, all the way to Dream Valley.

Overjoyed to see all of the plants of the mainland, Rosedust set out to Paradise Estate School for Gifted Ponyfolk. As the first Flutter Pony to have left Butterfly Island, a lot of pressure is placed on her as a representative of her species. She's often overwhelmed by the ways of life of the mainlanders, leading most to see her as shy and reserved. Truly, she just has trouble connecting with her peers. However, with the urging of her mentor, Wild Flower the Kind, she is excelling in the House of Love, learning all that she can about the mysterious and rare plants of the mainland.
