Orky Kroot: Kroot that have feasted on a lot of greenskin, becoming tougher and bigga in the process.
Porcupine(Sixth Sense) Kroot: Kroot that have feasted on strange many-quilled creatures which have been known to have almost a sixth sense to them. Each quill is extremely sensitive to fluctuations in the air surrounding them and is able to pick up on anything coming their way.
Chameleon Kroot: Kroot that have feasted on chameleon-like reptiles, giving them skin able to adapt to any environment, making them harder to see and more importantly, harder to shoot.
Master Shaper with Evisorator: I think that might be spelled wrong...
Kroot Shaman: Eat enough psykers and you pick up a few tricks.
Vulture Kroot: Kroot that have eaten a lot of large birds, add ing wings to the list of avian features that these Kroot have.

Kroot Shapers can also craft their kindred to specialized tasks, it doesn't always come from what they eat. However I do like how the Kroot take the whole "you are what you eat" thing to heart.
