He was like Mickey Mouse before Mickey even existed. He was like Garfield decades before he showed up. Sometimes he has a magic bag that he can turn into anything.

EDIT: This is based on the "Twisted Tales" Felix, which I really like because it splits the difference between the classic Felix of the silent era (mostly based on Messmer's print illustrations) and Joe Oriolo's wonderful, wonderful cat. Pity Milton Knight and the other titans weren't given more freedom with the show.

I love the contrast between Felix and the BG. I tried to make the BG (based on his bag of tricks) colorful without being too garish. Was I successful?
