Vision
It's two pretty anime girls in bunny outfits, and it definitely appears meant to tease. Little more needs to be said about it.
Originality
Pretty anime babes in bunny outfits aren't quite the definition of originality, so the focus will be more on how well the concept is executed.
Technique
Good points include the clean use of screentones, especially in the background. The coloring job is also respectably clean, and you got the accent on the eyes well though you could do with a bit more shading in certain parts. Lineart-wise, parts of the bodies are a bit out of proportion, notably the arms and upper head. I suggest that the eyes should be placed toward the vertical middle of the head and the hairline raised somewhat.
Impact
I'm impressed with your latest major attempt at digital coloring since I started watching you. Granted, there is still a bit of room for improvement when it comes to body construction, but I am looking forward to watching your technique improve with time.
