These are character designs from a FNaF x DDLC fanfic I wrote called Five Nights at the Literature Club where the Dokis merge with the FNaF animatronics.
This is Funtime Monika, who replaces Funtime Freddy from FNaFSL and behaves just like he would in FNaFSL. In UCN, she acts about the same as she does in Sister Location Custom Night. She is possessed by Monika.
Her hand puppet is named Yu-Yu and replaces Bon-Bon. She is based on Yuri.
