Yeah, that's right! I love this couple, and I don't care what anyone else thinks! I love it, and can actually see a few good reasons for them to be together! And this is coming from someone who also supports Sonamy, Taiream, and Taismo!Besides, I'm tired of seeing Shadamy and Silvamy getting all the recognition as alternatives to Sonamy, and Taimy getting practically none, despite the great friendship that Tails and Amy have.
Please don't comment if you don't like the couple.

One of the strangest pairings I've seen (mainly due to Amys general obsession over Sonic) but rather interesting and logical. Amy may be older than Tails but they are probably closer to each others age group with a similar love; Sonic. So I could see how that would draw the two closer. I always thought Tails had a thing for Cosmo but this just intriguing... Thank you for not only making this stamp but opening new doors to others who many have never considered this before!

Actually, Amy and Tails were originally the same age. Amy is only 12 because she wished herself older. In the really old Sonic games, they were the same age.
And yes, this is logical for a handful of reasons. But Sonamy, Silvamy, and Shadamy, all get way more recognition and praise, while this pairing is usually just ignored. Stupid, really.

I know. I've read the comics and such but again, I found it strange because of her obsession/love with Sonic displayed so often in the series itself so the pairing of her and Tails never occured to me until now. Although I have my own fandoms from different series that are overlooked very frequently as well and it's not so much as stupid to me but very frustrating. Mainly because when I start to express myself with the fandom out of enjoyment a lot of different shippers "take offense" and go overboard with flaming when I simpy don't give a rats ass about their "evidence" because at the end of it, I'm still supporting what I support. Most flamers irritate me because they think you know nothing of the characters and I can't help but think just how idiotic it is to judge intelligence on a subject just by a mere fandom. It's like....Grow up please, y'know?

True, but I think TailsxAmy is a lot more plausible than ShadowxAmy or SilverxAmy, despite them being more popular. As for it's plausibility compared to SonicxAmy, I'd say it's about equal, if for different reasons.

But there are a couple of things that should be noted.
1. Amy was initially 8, just like Tails. She's only 12 because she wished herself to be older for Sonic.
2. Amy's maturity is about the same as Tails', not counting her huge crush on Sonic. Tails acts fairly mature for his age, definitely
3. They both seem to have problems when it comes to love. Tails with Fiona, and Amy with Sonic. And Tails is 11 in the comics in which he's with Fiona.
The 4 year difference doesn't strike me as that big of a deal, though I do understand that the 12 year old would probably not even consider anything with the 8 year old until the 8 year old was, like, 11 or 12. Maybe 13, even. But in some cases, they might simply not care about the difference at all, depending on their maturity, and how they see things, and whatnot. Though, the first 3 points in the case of this particular pairing should definitely be taken into account, especially the first one.

Well, Amy seems to be the kind to go for older guys. Which is another reason(sorry if it seems like i'm not listening). I would think she's one of those girls who need a man to protect her in life. You get what I mean?

Well, Sonic seems to be the only older guy, or guy in general, that Amy is interested in. I see you like Shadamy, but I don't think Amy likes Shadow in that way. Also, Tails is definitely protective of his friends for the most part, and was especially protective of Cosmo in Sonic X. He even took a beating from Shadow for her. I think it's sensible to assume that he'd probably do the same thing for any other girl he might end up with.

Well, I like ShadAmy together because it could work out. I'm not so good at explaining things, but if you read Jazzy B Real's "ShadAmy Ship Manfiesto" it gives out good reasons why the relationship it could work

1.) Just because I don't support TailsXAmy, doesn't mean you need to go wierd on me.
2.) I don't support those couples anymore, and I never supported Shadcream. Get it right.
