My guess is that you're asking where it's like Smash Bros or PlayStation All-Stars / CN Punch Time Explosion XL when it comes to Final Smashes / Supers, As the answer, I'm going with the Smash system here, While i didn't exactly planned it with the idea of it turning real (Even if it's to become real, you'll be staying in a development with a crapload of licensing), If it turns real, I think i can kick some minor characters for the sake of better and more potential fighters.

As funny as it is, Jokes aside, Yes, she indeed would be but so would Bill Cipher, Princess Celestia (unless she'll get her flank kicked like in the Season 2 finale) and King Neptune. It's kinda the same reason why Superman doesn't quickly wipe out everybody in Injustice / MK vs. DC, Nobody break their hands when they hit Juggernaut in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Landmaster can't finish off Tabuu that easily (Altough i'm not so sure if you can play as a Star Fox character aganist him).
The point is, in their own lore they could defeat their opponent more easily. However just like the official crossover fighting games does, their powers & abilities are lowered to a bit to be equal, you can't really look up to CFR or any official crossover fighting games to be completely accurate in this battles, That's Death Battle's job.

Nope, think of them like Zelda/Sheik, you're able to swap between them, so i don't suppose it is the real Cadence you're playing as but rather Chrysalis disguised as her, but they both have their own unique moveset, You're only able to swap them in the Select Screen though, not in game, that being one difference from Brawl & Melee, and i'm not really gonna seperate them to be accurate to the way Smash 4 does it
