Another controversial one, here’s my take on it-

Pros:
* Liked the world & lore building; establishing what SMG’s are, avatars, how universes work, stuff like that was cool to see explained

* Zero is a great villain; they give him the horror villain treatment and he works wonders. He’s scary and powerful, but also smart and cunning. Nobody could’ve predicted what his plan would be until The Missing Piece

* The tone works for me; comedic and horror is balanced well in my opinion and it doesn’t undermine the conflict nor the steaks

* The episodes are for the most part good + it feels like a grand arc; we got the 10 year anniversary and WOTFI as apart of the arc, doesn’t get much more grand than that. Plus I enjoyed the videos for the most part. The only one I’m a little iffy on is the Bunker video, mostly because it’s the best example of why I hate the… y’know what, not even gonna get into that

* Axol’s death was handled way better here than Desti’s (in my opinion)

* The Rap is Fire🔥

Neutral/Mixed on:
* WOTFI as the finale; on one hand, I get why people are kinda labeling WOTFI 2021 as not a good way to end the arc, but on the other hand, what else would you have done? I mean we still got the epic anime battle in the form of an epic rap and Axol’s death was still massive. It’s an alright ending to me

* I kinda feel like the gang (minus the SMG’s) undermined the importance of keeping Mario safe; it felt more they everyone was trying to save Axol than Mario to me. Though that could just be how they act around him in recent videos getting to me which is why I’m counting that as neutral

Cons:
* Retcons are a bit annoying; while I like the world building, it does retcon anything before “The Cake Was A Lie”, which OG fans have gotten upset about

* Melony wasn’t that relevant for the first half of the arc and is treated as the main leaf in the second half; kinda messes with the pacing and feels a bit forced for me

That’s what I’ve got. A flawed but great arc in my opinion, I’m out
