Gruff is an goat of the Zodibots in the Somewhere He Belongs timeline. He and his teammate came to Equestria to protect Sam, and their ship ended up crashing. He chose an goat for his alternate mode. His Zodiac is Capricorn, so he's responsible, disciplined, self-control and good managers, but he's also a Know-it-all, unforgiving, condescending, expecting the worst. He likes family, tradition, music, understated status, quality craftsmanship and dislikes almost everything at some point
