Welp...after 9 MONTHS since the last part, I finally sat down and finished Part 3 of that FUSEmon Spriting Spree from way back when. This time, we start off with Voettic, the 2nd FUSEmon I've ever made!
Honestly, I really like how Voettic came out here. The hair could use a bit off work, and wish I had used more of Milotic's sprite than just part of its tail, but other than that, I'm satisfied.
