I had to delete this a resubmit it for... some reason. It was my first submission and I forgot what the original description was... oops. Well Her name is Julie, she lives in the old Hidden Palace of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Beta. Which happens to be the background.

I have a colored version of this same picture. If enough comments request that i submit it, I will. It's not that great and I'll try not to be lazy, and fix it up. If i get enough requests.
