As soon as I saw Emonga (the 5th generation pokemon you see above) I thought of this instantly. XD Out of all the electric rodents to have been seen, this is the first one to actually FLY!O_O

Actually a pretty BIG edit! For printing purposes I had to stretch the canvas to 11 x 17 for fanime which is tomorrow. I did a lot more then just that, I changed some colours, redrew some parts, added more lightning etc etc. Over all it looks a bit better! So if you're wondering why the heck this is in your inbox again, you now know. c:

The world needed a new Electric/Flying type. The only one I was familiar with before Gen V was Zapdos, and to be blunt, that bird (along with the other two) sucked balls compared to the newer Pokes like Dialga and friends. TT_TT
If that thing gets a badass evolution, I'm going to have one on my Isshu team for sure. It's nice to see that we've finally got a Pikachu rip-off that flies. A PIKACHU RIPOFF... THAT FLIES!!!

I haven't make up my mind as to whether I want it to fly or not... it's sooo tiny, it'd freak me out! This is really adorable... granted it's not an evo for pachirisu, I love it... I mean I still will, but it's great.
