It's Danny from Cats Don't Dance! I was watching scenes from the movie on Youtube, and I was inspired to try drawing him in my own style.I always liked that he was from Kokomo, Indiana (I used to live there as a child), and the movie was great. I remember it played a lot on TV when I was younger.
Did you know he was voiced by Scott Bakula? I didn't know that until recently. Apparently, Captain Archer of Enterprise is a good singer.
