Riku:
Special Attacks: Dark Aura (Riku charges up the darkness in his heart before darting around at blinding speed to slice up his opponent with his keyblade, then follorwed by performing a diving plunge attack that generates a pillar of dark energy) Dark Firaga (Riku launches a fireball made of darkness at the opponent) Dark Splicer (Riku teleports around the opponent multiple times and rapidly slices his opponents with his keyblade)
Ultimate Attacks: Zantetsuken (Riku performs an impossibly fast strike with his keyblade that has a chance of dealing great damage to his opponent) Eternal Session (If Sora is in your party, he and Riku will perform their limit attack together from Kingdom Hearts 2)

Siegfried:
Special Attacks: Wild Card (Siegfried will throw a card which will have a random affect on either party members or opponents) Rapid Volley (Fires a series of rapid shots) Arc Slash (Cleaves opponents with a magical blade)
Ultimate Attacks: Cross Raven (Wildly fires bullets which all hit at once) Deadly Cross (Murders foes with a cross-shaped slash)

And before some of you Legend of heroes fans asks: "Why Siegfried? He is basically Crow!" Yeah that's true, but since Cold Steel 4 isn't even out yet (Well except for Japan) and with the cliffhanger we got, i decided to use the cold steel 3 versions of the characters which will be something that happens before the end of the game, which will mean Crow will still be "Siegfried" around that time.
