If you're referring to the color of the cere (nose area) or the color of the feathers, those things are never a guarantee. You can only sex a parakeet for sure by having a veterinarian run a DNA test.

this is just a common parakeet it doenst have rainbow or piebald matution

Hoarding hundreds of parakeets doesn't qualify you to know what sex a parakeet is by appearance alone, unless you have x-ray vision allowing you to view their internal organs.

Jeg var ikke helt klar over, hvad der skete. I det ene øjeblik kiggede jeg ud af vinduet, men så da jeg vendte mig om igen var der pludselig en revne. Baldor sagde at det ikke betød noget, men det virkede som en åbenlys løgn... Og lige så hurtigt som den var dukket op, var de andre begyndt med at smide et par blandede ting ned i revnen.
