My submission for drawtober day 12. This was an old piece that I really struggled to finish. I was so happy with how the character turned out //She's based of the pokemon poison type kit outfit///With added yellow. At the time I had no idea how to make the background impactful and looking at it there were so many layers so I think I was overcomplicating it to the point where I just didn't want to work on it anymore. I was also going through a time where I had such little motivation to post anything so she just kind of went unfinished (But really close to being done). She's more cackling then screaming but it was close enough and the background made me want to scream. I've not been well mentally and its a constant battle to not just scream so there's a third link qwq
I decided if I didn't just finish it, I never will so I just rushed finishing the background so I can put her to rest~~ Hence the imperfections ///Just don't look too close.... That goes for all my art qwq

I did record a spped paint for this but it was before I got SAI 2 so it's zoomy in and out and unwatchable if I try to speed it upto 1 minute like I've done with my other things.
