Aaaa I really procrastinated with this one, so here's a quick little sketch of my entry for the build-a-buddy contest!

Mako had heard of hermit crabs before, but she'd never seen one. She thought about whether or not she would be able to find one someday. Thinking that it'd be highly unlikely she decided to make one herself. She tried to remember what a hermit crab looked like and immediately started gathering materials to use for her new companion. She immediately grabbed some white cloth, yellow and gold sparkles of different shapes, and a small blue shell she found on the beach one day. As she began to assemble her makeshift crab. it suddenly began to glow. As she panicked, the materials floated up and before she could finish blinking a hermit crab appeared before her. As it floated down, it landed on her paw, and she stared at it in awe. After staring at each other for a moment, the hermit crab appeared to smile and lifted a claw and gently touched Mako's forehead; a bright light began to emanate from the spot.

Suddenly, Mako's markings and body began changing shapes and colors....

"What's happening?!" She thought...

This enchanted hermit crab companion causes her body color/markings to change with the weather! ( ex. stormy days causes her skin to become a darker almost grey shade of blue and causes the white spots to turn into clouds/rain drops + the yellow markings become lightning, etc.)

Plush dragons are a closed species by stormcat . Please don't make your own!!
