What an amazingly drawn Discord! You've never failed me as far as a wonderful drawing goes~
But I am gunna start out by saying there are a few things that caught my eye. The scales aren't very... Detailed. Unless you intended them to be very cartoon like, I would suggest adding some sort of reflection to shown me those scales are in fact scales. To me they just kinda look almost like fur. The horn on the top there looks fairly skinny, it looks like it's about to fall apart or break. Add some realistic thickness to the horns perhaps (that didn't really make sense)
It looks like you made his body parts stitched on kinda? I feel like they would look blended together outside of mlp since discord was created naturally (I THINK)
One last critique! The wing
The wing looks very unusable as far as a realistic animal (AGAIN I AM NOT SURE IF YOU WERE GOING FOR A REALISTIC OR CARTOON STYLE)
Wings are very similar to our arms and work very similar to wings. This wing would be very difficult to use for discord so you may need to look into the way you draw your wings. Look up examples and such it you haven't already
Now for the positive end, I saw some person said it looked unbalanced? Not at all if you ask me! The pose for the tail creates the perfect amount of balance for this picture! I really love how the tail looks, it blends from a scaly tail to a fluffy fur end. I am loving the coloring technique you used and I have never seen a discord like this one~ Your take on him is quite interesting

This picture first strikes me as a character profile shot. It consists of the whole body of discord and some texture in the background so the eye is pulled into the circular formation. I think that it was clever to have discords form compliment the circle pattern behind him (his tail echoes the background) However there is little originality here. Discord just looks candid almost as if he is about to speak or plot a scheme. But thats just it. No use of dynamic perspective or composition to leave a lasting impression.
I believe this artwork was made to lean towards simplicity. The beautiful line-work and coloring is obviously skillfully made (thats why I think you get a solid score in technique.) but it seems too safe. It lacks originality and that drags down the potential.

Ok where do I even begin? Well, I guess to start off, the drawing style that you did in this was absolutely AMAZING! There is so much detail in the hair and tail! I also loves the tiny little airs on the claws and hoof! The picture also reminds me that he is up to something...... EVIIIIL! The shading is great and I can see that you spent some time on it. The spikes on the tail look amazing also! The background makes it seem like someone painted him for a legend's picture or something! Overall if I had to give it a rating out of ten, it would be a 9.8/10. What really amazed me was the tooth (I loved it!) and once again, the detail in it all!

As far as technique and style goes, I'm very impressed. This is very unbalanced, however. Seeing how it's Discord, that could make since but that's only if you intended it that way. Anyways, the red tail throws the balance off both with arrangement and color. Still, given the detail on the left side, this really isn't that big of an issue. My next problem I guess would be the antler on the left side of his head. It needs slightly more bulk. It is heavily overshadowed by the bright blue horn next to it when they could be working together to create a nice contrast. Other than that, I have no complaints about it and really like this image!
