this is the cropped bw version of fragile. obviously.i took this on Ilford HP5. i actually like it even more than the color one...

I can't decide if I like this one more then the colour version or not... What I do know is that the crop in this one really really adds to the effect. Maybe a colour cropped version would work for me. I've always enjoyed sitting on the fence regarding decisions

Yes, I do like the crop of this one a bit more, because it draws focus on the face more effectively. The only change I'd make is to dodge a little more detail into the barbed wire digging into the right cheek. I think this is an important area and should be emphasized. Good work!

Excellent image. I think this is much more effective than the original - the cropping really helps to bring everything into focus. (So to speak.)

I like it more too. it's amazing. Emotionally stirring and full of meaning. Technically well done too! sorry you have little cuts on your hands, I imagine barbed wire is very hard to work with and you placed it on your model so well.
This really is a stunning piece. I hope it sells like hotcakes. Once I get a paypal account set up, I think this will be at the top of my list.

Very nice, yah B&W works better......b&w usally makes ppl stand out more, do you have to devlope your own film? and print it? for school....Oh yah undertating film, also gives good results like 200 iso.....So i have been told, or you could just use a slower film, i'm rambling, ha ha ha
