i think what makes your art enjoyable is the sense of completeness in every one of your pieces. your style thrives on fillers, that is, the splashes that you add and are not really there in the actual world.
the splashes elaborate on a mood. in this particular piece, for instance, the splashes are very appropriate because they enhance the atmosphere of a rainy day. But even when it's sunny, you are still able make the splashes work because (besides the fact that you're a fantastic artist ) you put them in such places that would convey a feeling of life. that is, lots of people just draw what they see: solid colors and no implications. but what your splashes do is show that there is something beyond what is right in front of our eyes. you give us a clue

do you have or do more pieces with an 'urban' kind of subject?

Wow, and your style meets it's perfect subject!
I love how the lights reflected in the water appear as that and are still just splashes of paint and that blue white spidering into puddles, and, damn, I would say more, but I think I'm completely out of words

Great job with representing weather conditions. I hate driving through stuff like that.

this should be a print. it captures that drippy feel that one has when gazing through their window. ive always wanted to try and capture it on film. you have done it here in watercolor so well.

beautiful. i love it. I like most the way you used a some pretty risky techniques and managed to really distort the image without in any way spoiling it or disturbing the composition.

This is an awesome painting. I love the drip on the foreground and the beams coming out of the lights. Solid.
