Plan for my halloween costume,, hoping to find everything i need at goodwill, halloween stores, and/or target or something

it all depends on where my dad is willing to go

I'll probably have to make the tail myself though

I also like adding nice dapper accents to my costumes,, last year i was the grim reaper w/ a bow tie and top hat
