 - The text in the active titlebar is messed up - i44.tinypic.com/eb8mrp.jpg

Well its bcaz of uxtheme patcher , not bcaz of visual style8 when pure alpa version of ux patcher realased for 8.1 than its work properly , check for uxthemepatcher for 8.1

Oh, I see.... I though Uxthemepatcher v.3.0 supported fully the 8.1 Too bad... I hope they fix the uxthemepatcher soon.

You are wrong. This theme is not compatiable with Windows 8.1 and the issue is not with the UXThemePatcher or the Aero Glass.
