Working on some concept art for the part of our story that takes place 1000 years in the future.
In a small village that fashioned simple jewelry, inhabited by folks who aren't 100% human, there was an event known as "The Rapture Incident." The people all mysteriously became ill, and the demon heritage within them almost seemed to rot. Out of the entire village only 7 children survived the incident, 1 taken by the terrorist group known as "Sanctuary" the others taken into the custody of the government by the special operatives unit known as the "Paladin Cell". This scene is when Dexter Hazen, the head of Sanctuary finds 2 sisters cowering in an ally. The girls are child versions of 2 of the main characters from the series. To be continued . . .
