‼️WARNING NOW WILL BE MY THEORY‼️
My theory is that Kinito, Sam and Jade knew everything and wanted to warn Y/n about the Observer. But they can’t say this because they are starting to glitch, and it’s possible that they tell each other if one of them has concluded then when Y/n leaves they discuss it in detail. They knew that sooner or later something bad was going to happen to Y/n (almost the entire 7th part was Y/n’s nightmare where the Observer says something like “You will join us sooner or later!” and all that. And since the Observer sees that Y/n spends a lot of time with his so-called “Kids”, especially with Kinito, he takes advantage of this, scares and reminds Kinito that one day Y/n will join them. This is my theory.
