Description

The artist's copy is no longer available in their gallery, my apologies. If you wish to favorite this image, you'll have to do so here.

---

Here's my first group sketch completed by starring my Aes Sedai OC, Suiren sur Bashere Sedai and her new 'guardians'.

For those that have not yet read my Bleach/Wheel of Time FF thank god because dear lord is it embarrassing, now that I look back on it, Suiren is currently being watched over by Jūshirō Ukitake, Byakuya Kuchiki and Shunsui Kyōraku. It's partially as protection from Sōsuke Aizen and partially to make sure she poses no threat to the Seireitei herself. (as most Bleach fans know the Gotei 13 are insanely suspicious and quick to judge outsiders as well as their own men...)

In a way she is a prisoner there and yet she is not. As I'm sure you can see by this sketch, she's rather happy with the company she keeps. ^^ Well....except for Shunsui. That man is going to get his ears boxed by her sooner or later.

Many many many many MANY thanks and tons of love and gratitude to *Archie-The-RedCat . Archie is so patient, talented and kind. If I could put him on payroll I would! Lord knows I'm hogging him up right now. I'm somewhere between telling everyone I know to get a commission from him and waving around a shrink ray and yelling "BACK OFF! HE'S MINE! I'LL SHRINK YOU!!" (too much Harvey Birdman...yes indeed)

hehe it's an open market downtown every saturday. Local farmers set up stands there to sell their produce, my mom and I try to go every Saturday. There are artists and jewel-crafters there too.

haha I wish ours was a little bigger. At least on the first Saturday of the month it doubles in size. Even so, it's still not very big.

XD we have something almost similar to what you're describing but.. it sells fruits.. and vegetables.. and fish.. and is crowded.. and .. not fun.. and too big (covers up 1 parking lot) but for some odd reason.. you market sounds way better.. -w- and its on a sunday.. so almost the whole of KL is there. Nah, it's not big at all. Most Saturdays it's just the length of one block. They just block off Main St and North St and use that small portion of 5th for the vendors. There is 1 fresh seafood vendor (since we live on the Gulf of Mexico), 2 farms that sell chicken and eggs, one dairy that also sells eggs, TONS of places that sell vegetables, a winery, 3 bakers, 4 florists, jewelers, photographers, artists etc. It also uses the inside of the building for a permanent setup and there are 5 teeny restaurants (no place to sit) and a coffee shop. Sounds bigger than it is..... hehe Here's some pictures my sis took a few months ago.

It is fun! Mom and I love going. It's in downtown Baton Rouge, I leave near the Bocage area about 10 min away by traffic-less interstate. There usually isn't much traffic at 8am on a Saturday anyway.

hehe I never considered Baton Rouge to be nice, but I suppose there are quite a few places that are. I know I'll miss it whenever we move away, despite all my grumblings.
