Oops, I made this a while ago. But!! Here's a pic of Celebi wearing its cute Halloween outfit.
I saw the Pokemon centre plush with the outfit and I had the need to draw it as soon as possible. 
Then I wanted to draw something Pokemon Colosseum related too so it mended together. (I haven't played XD yet 
)Not too proud of those trees but eh, the next tree I draw will knock those outta the park. I AM happy about the Shadow Pokemon effect though on Bayleaf.
