Description
A bit of a challenging picture to work on, but it was certainly a fun one ot make.the most challenging part of this picture was the beam of light as it cut through the dark night. also, this same day that i'm posting this picture marks the day that i finally received my full set of copic cool-grays. so now i should have better tone control.
