You're good at drawing avian anthros ^^ This came out very well, especially the face and the wings.
Those neon green stockings and gloves really give a huge contrast to the rest of the character. Her peircings are also quite nifty. A nose ring on an avian is an interesting idea. By the way, nice touch with the loose feathers.
The background looks good, and you managed to merge the character on it perfectly. However, maybe it would've been better if you added a filter (like a watercolour effect) to the photo so it'd work more with the character. I sometimes think that photo backgrounds look a little out of place when combined with a drawn character. Still this came out very well, and is still very worthy of a favourite XD
