Redstar - Voice Actor: Travis Willingham; Character Inspiration: Roy Mustang of Fullmetal Alchemist
Redstar is indeed a old tom, however, I do hear a similar voice to Mustang coming from him. Mustang is indeed more energetic but his military background and the times when he is serious/being kind to his friends really sell it to me.

Nightbreeze - Voice Actor: Julie Andrews; Character Inspiration: Marlena Gru from Despicable Me
I love Julie Andrews but hearing her more mean/despicable voice coming from Gru's mother really sold it. Nightbreeze is a mean cat, so imagine if Marlena was aloud to be even more mean. That would be Nightbreeze.

Needletip - Voice Actor: Clifford Chapin; Character Inspiration: Katsuki Bakugo from My Hero Academia
I love Kat-chan! However, what if he wasn't going to be a hero, rather a trouble maker? That's Needletip for you! I'm so glad to finally hear his voice in English (I was watching it in Sub and yes, the same actor of the Japanese cast will also be a choice!) and it was the first one to pop in my head.

Treeleap - Voice Actor: Christine Auten; Character Inspiration: Esdeath
I have not seen Akama Ga Kill yet but I wanted Christine Auten as the voice. She has a mature voice that fits well for Treeleap. Esdeath seems to be a "mature" leader character that also can be a bad ass to, win-win in my book!
