so i'm ordering a wacom intuos4 soon (paycheck, yeeeahh!) and am gonna use it to color this in.
also, whenever i have eighty dollars to spare (well, i do, but don't wanna spend all my money at once, seeing as how i just got a checking account) i'm going to get photoshop- in FULL- from the mac app store. but that'll be...well, until around tomorrow. i'm babysitting four kids for five hours. one is a baby. you do the math.anyway, this is the first illustration i've been happy with for layne's song. which is why i'm gonna use it to dive back into digital art after three or so years of neglecting it. i realize it's kinda whimsical, kinda different from my usual (woah, backgrounds. woah) but i really like the way the sketch turned out, and thought y'all might wanna see it.
if anyone has any composition critiques, illustration, tips for what i can do when i'm doing the painted version, let me know!
