I'm going to step out of my comfort zone and try something different here.
Ark (Big orange one)-Optimus Prime and his crew used this ship to propel themselves into the void of space to find a suitable base from which to invade Cybertron and take back their home. However, they crashed on Earth, and now Optimus and his crew use it as their base with the help of the supercomputer, Teletraan 1.

Powerglide's drop ship (Small grey one) -used by Ultra Magnus' cell on Cybertron as a utility transport. Piloted by Powerglide, he uses the ship in conjunction with the Autobot Air Force for special operations and logistics.

Nemesis (Large purple one)-Megatron's flagship. Used to pursue Optimus and his crew

The Constructus (small tan one)- Constructicons' ship. Stolen by Megatron and Starscream.
