Blue is the color of a calm body and a soothed mind. It's perfect for sleeping and meditating, similarly to staring at the ocean blue.

The reason it doesn't give you a headache is because it's the color blue! Blue is a very delicate color that eases on the eyes whenever it use. That's why it's better for a sleeping trance! @w@
